For all guide services above 20 people, audio guides are required.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- When the service exceeds six hours, the supplement is €26.00 for each additional hour.
- For multilingual service (except for cruise ships), the supplement is €25.00 for each additional hour/language.
- For multilingual service, (except for cruise ships) the supplement is € 50.00 for each additional hour / language.
- Personal transfer, board and lodging expenses are extra charge.
- The working day starts no earlier than 07:00. To allow the guide to welcome the group at the scheduled time of arrival, any transfer, food and accommodation costs for the evening before the arrival of the group, are at the total expense of the service commissioner.
- The working day ends by 7.00 pm. For services rendered after this time, an hourly supplement of €26.00 is applied on tour. In the case of evening services or assistance/transfers at night (between 7.00 pm and 7.00 am), in addition to the basic half-day or full-day rate, a night supplement of €50.00 will be applied.
- For multi-day services cancelled by the client in the 7 days prior to the start of the service, or for single services cancelled in the 24 hours prior to the start of the service, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee in the amount of 100% of the arranged price
- We are members of the Regional Association of Tourist Guides of Sardinia and strictly bound to respect the minimum rates.
